(July 8, 2020, 5:45 pm)I truly love coming here - its a bit nostalgic as I used the same building for fitness when I was a child. Melissa and G have renovated and brought the gym back to life. It is bright, vibrant, clean and is an extremely welcoming environment, which to me, is incredibly important especially if you are new to working out. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable, and have great customer service skills. I always feel relaxed after coming here.

There's a good variety of equipment, super clean facilities, and they always have new offerings for members (workshops, coffee talks, etc).10/10 would recommend.

There is a perfect amount of equipment to work out with, the pool is fantastic and the squash court unique. And so many classes available too. Come and see for yourself!
