I am new to Owen Sound and am looking for a trustworthy, fairly priced and competent mechanic. I think I just found him! Sajeev from Popular Auto is very personable, straight forward and genuine. He is very competitively priced, better than elsewhere. He's willing to make less than he could on the services, in order to develop a loyal customer base and solid reputation. I called him for an oil change today. He said to come on in, served me immediately, was very personable and priced better than his competitors. I will bring my car to him for regular maintenance, tire alignments, changes, and any other work needed, from now on. I feel that he is honest and willing to take his time to develop trust with his clients. I respect that. Thank you Sajeev, you've just added another customer to your business. (May 4, 2021, 9:37 pm)Amazing experience. Diagnosed and fixed my issue with my turbo within a couple hours. saved me thousands of dollars. One of the nicest sweetest men I’ve ever met - Sajeev. Very professional knew exactly what I was talking about with my BMW had the correct machine/computer to plug my car in and diagnose it (no where else in Owen sound has this I could find) then fixed it right away, sent me pics of the issue while I was waiting etc. Couldn’t of went any better
5 stars will be back for sure for all future work and will send my friends and family for sure
