(August 3, 2021, 6:29 pm)Excellent service at the store. Travis was calm, patient and helpful in answering all my questions within hours of checking everything out. I only needed a new battery, not a new iPhone and options re: laptop were offered in a neutral, non-pressured or hurried way. Most appreciated. However, I also learned that, although Apple Support Services gave me an appointment time with sit-down assistance at this store, this is not a service actually offered by the store itself - this was an issue with Apple Support, not Palantir Computers. I would definitely go back to Palantir.
