(July 30, 2021, 12:58 am)I scheduled an appointment for a quote weeks in advance and I took a day off of work.
The appointment time came and went, nobody showed up or called to cancel.
When I called the Crose Mechanical office, the person who I spoke with didn’t seem to know anything about (1) the appointment or (2) the person who the appointment was supposed to be with. I was told that someone would call me back.
Nobody called.
Edit: I got a call 8 days later to reschedule the quote and a genuine apology. 1 star -> 3 stars. -

Then two teams of two installers were equally considerate, efficient and thorough - a pleasure to deal with.
The system is in, looks really good and appears to be working as expected. Well done! -
