He was able to negotiate the price down. And when we had to list our home. He dropped everything to get it on the market so quickly. We had an offer before we woke up the next day. We recommend Mr. Kaminski to everyone looking to buy or sell. He would give you the shirt off his back if that's what it would take to help you. It is amazing that the also donate a portion of there commission to charity.

Pictures that captured my house and property to the extreme. I would highly recommend using Paul for your agent. Great communication and just a really good guy to deal with. Not to mention it only took a week to sell and over asking.
