(March 7, 2022, 1:41 am)Andy was able to help me on short notice with a couple home inspections. He provided a lot of helpful info and advice, in the detailed reports, that will surely help as a first-time home buyer. He also caught many things that I wasn't even aware of needing to check, like aluminum wiring, the manner in which exhaust vents go through the attic, or garage door closing safety. He even gave tips on options for possible repairs and improvements. The quality of the report and the verbal recommendations on the first house (that I didn't get) are why I went back for his services on the second one. I know a lot of people are skipping home inspections these days, but I'm so glad that I sprung for it, even if one of the two ended up being for nought. Having that peace of mind when buying a house makes a huge difference. Even if you don't get an inspection before buying a house, (but seriously, get an inspection before buying a house, don't gamble on such a big purchase), I'd still recommend Andy's services even after buying, just to know what you've gotten yourself into.

As a new to rural properties, home purchaser we found his expertise and knowledge to be invaluable and comprehensive. He took time to explain and provide honest and critical feedback. We would definately recommend him and use his services again. His friendly and professional disposition was a plus plus! We're very thankful to have met Andy. Awesome service and awesome work.
