I have had nothing but the best experience at this hospital. The staff, at all levels, are friendly, caring and professional. The wait time is short and they are extremely organized. Highly recommend it.
We are so lucky to have this facility in our community. In the three times I've been there in the last several years, I've been treated with respect and staff are attentive. Coming from the GTA, I'm aways amazed at the lack of wait time... I was accustomed to 8 - 12 hr emerg wait times. This hospital is a gem to be protected.
No wait time (such a surprise), and a wonderful staff, who took the time to listen to my issues. I received better treatment than I have ever received at the Toronto hospital near to where I live.
Special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Edwards , who treated me on my first visit, and to Jennifer, the night nurse who was on duty when I made a return trip two days later.
Both showed incredible empathy and concern.
