Scott Crowther was our real estate agent during the purchase of our 52 acre rural retirement home in May 2016. We were initially drawn to this wonderful property by Scott's presentation on realtor.ca His photos and walk through presentation blew us away. And the asking price seemed too good to be true. The price was correct and very reasonable for such a desirable package. Scott was most helpful and patient in providing answers to our many questions re; the property, the buildings, and the area. He arranged for an initial viewing that impressed us sufficiently to submit an offer of intent to purchase immediately. That offer was successful and here we are in our new fabulous home.
