Recently when I decided to list my condo for sale, she was my go-to person. She helped make the process very easy and made great recommendations on drywallers and painters. (November 6, 2020, 8:36 pm)Jan was amazing when we decided to look for and purchase a house on a holiday while visiting friends. She was able to show us many houses in the area that were in our "lists of wants" and in our price range. Jan was able to get us into see houses that we would see while out driving in the Grey Bruce area.
In the end Jan helped us get our forever home while we were back in BC.
Every step of the way Jan was the best person to deal with and was able to calm our nerves and recommend all the other professionals that we needed to get this deal done.
I would highly recommend Jan for any realty needs that you have.

Later the next year when we decided to look at homes again in the area we remembered Jan. She was so helpful and easy to work with.
