(August 11, 2020, 9:33 pm)My wife and I were vacationing in the area when our Outack was involved in a minor collision with a classic car that lost its brakes. Not wanting to deal with an insurance claim while on vacation, and needing an oil change anyway, I called to book the service and see if they could secure any loose parts before we drive home at the end of the week. I was half expecting them to be booked up on such short notice, and to have to beg to have them look at it at all. Instead they said, "How about 1pm tomorrow?"
The oil service was cheaper than expected, and the securing of a unclipped bumper skin and a broken fog light was done at no charge. This really was a case of a dealer going above and beyond to help someone. Thanks guys! -

(June 15, 2020, 3:51 pm)Owen sound Subaru is awesome, I had trouble with my Cross treck , and they fixed it up. Staff is awesome and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend this establishment to get your vehicle repaired.
