Kieffer was very easy to talk to, honest about what he knew about the vehicle, and listened to what I had driven previously and liked about my old cars. Even after the sale, Kieffer has been fantastic at helping me get back items I forgot in my trade in. If you go to Baywest, look for Kieffer!

Very pleasant and easy going, kept in touch, a willing negotiator, and encouraged questions both during and after purchase. Very much recommended!

(January 13, 2021, 6:56 pm)I had my wife's truck detailed here last month, it hadn't had a good cleaning since we bought it 4 years ago. The service staff helped me to go through the different packages available and their detailer Keith met with me beforehand to take a look at the truck and offer his suggestions. It's a 2010 with black paint so sometimes they don't recover very well due to age and wear.
We went with the premium package and dropped it off for the day. We were blown away by how amazing the entire vehicle looked. Keith and his crew really went above and beyond and did a great job of bringing the black paint back to an almost new condition. My wife is super happy to have her truck looking brand new again. Will definitely get our vehicles detailed more often and would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to have theirs done.
