These guys had installed a vinyl deck at my cottage by the previous owner. I bought it 2 years later and noticed the decking under the vinyl soft and spongy. Upon further investigation they had to re-seal seams that had not been done properly. Of course they offer no warranty for their workmanship and were quite rude and dismissive when trying to get them to re-patch the area (even though at my cost).
I'm pretty sure they're the only game in town and they certainly act it.
I would definitely look elsewhere if possible.
As a follow-up to this post...the manager did finally get back to me after 3 or 4 months and made a site visit to evaluate the issues. He made some good suggestions on how to fix and gave me a rough estimate on cost. They completed the work this past spring and it looks very good and within their original estimate.
My original post was based on communications with 1 particular individual at the company - not sure he should be part of their customer service team as he is very rude and unpleasant to deal with - regardless, the rest of the people I dealt with were professional and helpful.
