  We were very happy and pleased with our Sales Rep, Sierra Abrams and our Financial Manager, Penny Carlyle. They were both very helpful to us during the sale. They were both very professional and answered all our questions without any problems.
  
  When we first talked to Sierra, the first car that we looked at didn’t really work for us so she got a profile of what we were looking for and our cost range and within a few weeks, she had a line on another vehicle for us to look at, which was actually this vehicle that we bought. I’ve never had a Car Sales Rep do that before, so that impressed me a lot.
  
  Thanks to Sierra and Penny for their assistance in helping us get our new Dodge Journey.

  We had a difficult situation, but Kyle worked with us to make sure we walked away with what we needed and more! They were fair with our trade in and 100% honest about what they were going to be reselling it for. Penny, who took care of the financing for us was amazing as well. I'm definitely coming here for our next vehicle. Kyle and Penny, you guys are awesome!

  I didn’t go in for myself but I did tag along with someone. Each person we came into contact with was very polite, appropriately humorous, informed and helpful in any way they possibly could be. They were all patient. I’m not a dodge person but I even considered going in for when I want to get another vehicle. Very happy with the overall experience.

  We recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee at Kingston Dodge Chrysler. As we traded in our 2015 Cherokee, it was our second vehicle purchase there. The experience was rendered very pleasant and enjoyable by the knowledge and professionalism of John Helsby, our salesman and Penny Carlyle the Financial Services Manager.   A wonderful experience from start to finish.
  
  My first contact was with Shay. She set the friendly tone and level of professionalism for the whole experience
  
  I met with Trevor, the Sales Manager when I first arrived for my appointment. He listened to what I was looking for After a few minutes he introduced me the Sierra Abrams, my Sales and Leasing Salesperson.
  
  Sierra is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Her car knowledge blew me away and made feel like I had the right person to look after me. She really enjoys her job and it shows.
  
  Overall a great experience!
