I had a great buying experience with Paulette’s. I had Corey Testa as a Sales/ Financing Associate which simplified the process and gave no room for error. He was professional and responsive in our communication throughout the process, ensuring that a had a great customer experience and was satisfied with my purchase.
As well with my purchasing deal, I had some requests which made some challenges, yet again Corey handled them with professionalism and respect. On the note of one issue that was resolved on the spot with him, another new car retailer eventually called back with the same solution 3 weeks later, with $2700 less in trade in value.
I have and will continue to recommend Paulette’s to those seeking a vehicle and look forward to my next vehicle purchasing experience with them.
I don’t have enough good things to say about Cory & Brad! They are honest and upfront and do all they can to make the car buying process go smoothly. I just picked up my 2nd car from them today and I am so happy with it! Cory really goes above and beyond. We will definitely return, and we are happy to make the long drive for the excellent service we receive. Thank you both so much!
