    Chris was exceptional! He was not pushy or salesy but informative. He did a great job repairing our issues and even spotted another issue that we may not have caught. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable and courteous employee on your team!

    Not impressed by product but repair service is 100%. Technician, once again arrived on time, was courteous, and thorough. Unfortunately I have had 6 repairs on the same new power vented hot water heater within 2 years of having it installed. If reliance ever improves their product selection to match their service they will deserve 5 stars and have more satisfied customers.

    Double trouble for me. An inoperable shower and a leak in the kitchen. Called reliance. They had a technician on site. Chris. Within 90 minutes. Chris is a moen expert and knew what parts to replace. Small kitchen leak turned out to be a drain replacement. Again Chris had all the parts and the fix was much better than what was there as he knows his stuff. Chris certainly saved the day at my house!!

    Booking the necessary service appointment required a great deal of time due to computer issues at Reliance's end. You will, no doubt, resolve them because the customer experience was not well managed. Thankfully, a service call was scheduled for the next day. The service provided by Greg Seeley was timely, informative and successfully completed. He replaced the condensate pump because he had the part with him. Well done!

    Reliance home comfort provided us repair service for our rental water heater. The service was rapid and professional. Reliance representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Excellent service.
