She is very quick to respond, full of knowledge and tips about all things tile and Schluter, and she made the entire process from inquiring, ordering, to picking up very smooth despite being in the midst of a pandemic. This is the first time we have purchased tile and various other supplies for a renovation and we will be back! This store has everything you need and such great prices. Thank you for answering my many, many questions and for setting us up with all the things to create a beautiful bathroom!
