  Graham in parts was great! I came without an appointment to fix my rear windshield wiper. Graham not only gave me helpful service and explained how to install the wiper, he did it himself. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Graham gave.

  I’ve had the best experience with them... Jeff Cowtan made sure I was comfortable with the process and took the time to explain everything to me. Chris had the best energy. Amazing team!

  I recently had to visit this location for some parts, and had the pleasure of dealing with Graham. Really helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The staff at this location are great!

  We recently have become a one car family, a Mercedes which encountered an issue that was going to leave us stranded over Christmas. Sales Manger Jeffrey Cowtan came through in spades. Not only did he coordinate the diagnosis on Christmas Eve day, he provided a loaner car that got us through the holiday. He truly cares about his customers.

  I have bought a E400 sedan from Benz Kingston. The sales manager Jeff and sales rep Carson provided an excellent service. They are fantastic and knowledgeable. They gave me clear explanations and instructions about the vehicle. Especially after I bought the car, when I got some questions about the car and contact Jeff, he always give me honest and professional response asap. It's wonderful experience of purchasing the vehicle. Your services are impressive.
