(May 27, 2019, 4:41 pm)Top notch hidden gem. I have been buying flour from here for years. Great people to deal with. A local family business. The flour is stone ground at lower temperatures. I make sourdough, flat bread, pasta, cakes etc. with their products. Chickpea flour, red hard and white soft wheat, spelt, durum, corn, and coconut (there's a couple more that I'm missing).
High quality, great value for the money, and you get to support a local business.
