She was willing to negotiate a reasonable price, she had the whole Carfax document ready on my arrival, she worked with me when I need to reschedule or if I made a mistake. The process was easy and relatively quick. I am really happy with the car I purchased so far. This is a small family owned car lot and I felt my business was appreciated, never felt like I was being taken advantage of and felt a reasonable deal was made. Would recommend!
