I had wanted to get back to owning a travel trailer, of which the last one owned, was around 25 years ago. Now being an Empty Nestor, it was time to look. We crafted out what size and weight, as well as floor plan, we wished to tow with our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, (Tow Capacity of 3,600 lbs) and looked into the 16-20 foot range.

I had visited a few local and Ontario-wide R.V. dealers, but found nothing in stock that appealed to both of us.

I called up Leisure Trailer Sales, and a most wonderful, friendly and helpful sales representative, named Angie Caine answered my call, and very soon, I was headed down to view their yard-stock. Angie said that I should see a just traded -in, Cherry Red, 2018 Winnebago 20 ft Micro Minnie model 1706FB, with a front queen size bedroom, and dinette. I had never owned previously, a Winnebago R.V.

No sooner, did I step into the unit, I knew, the floor plan was most tailored and an excellent choice for two travelers. Winnebago has a reputation for only using the finest and largest capacity appliances that can be worked into the floor plan. I was in no way disappointed, in what I saw. Angie showed me other in-stock units, but I circled back to the aforementioned Micro Minnie...sat down at the dinette, and made an offer to Leisure Trailer Sales. It was accepted, and I/We became the proud owners of the trailer, that is going to be the conduit for so many, wonderful future vacation adventures!

From the first step out of my Grand Caravan, to the congratulatory hand-shake that day, I was treated by Sales, Owners, Inventory, Financial, Maintenance Shop and Service personnel, like I was the most important R.V. purchaser and owner on the planet.

I can't recommend this Dealership, and all the staff of each department, right up to the owner(s) themselves, more highly rated.

The ***ONE THING*** that stands out in my mind, from the first foot on the property, to my towing away my new purchase, three days later...was that NO ONE, ever made you feel, like you were being rushed...YOU as the potential customer, called the shots...and they all, (each employee, staffing all the various departments) gave you all the time you needed, to make important purchase, R.V. lifestyle decisions, and then pull that all together for you, the initial choice of R.V., the financing of such, the provisioning of your unit for YOUR PERSONAL enjoyment and R.V. usage, the all of it..to the very day, they spend two hours with you...familiarizing you with your new mobile 'vacation condo', and you start your first tow, from their yard.

Thank you, all at Leisure Trailer Sales, for making my looking for the right trailer, to the day I drove away with it....the all of it, such a relaxing, and enjoyable total experience.

Do I recommend other potential, or present R.V.'ers to do business with this dealership? 1,000 percent, do I! They also, make you know that they will be there for you, during your years of ownership and adventures, of your R.V., and always to make sure it is the ***best R.V. experience from then on***
