Their new waiting room isn't as entertaining as the old one which had a tv you could watch.
I've had both positive and negative experiences here, but mostly positive. I've purchased 3 different volkswagons here and serviced them from 2015 and on.
They tend not to go the extra mile at times in the service department. Forget the odd plastic fastener, route the odd cable badly, etc. Human mistakes that anyone could do.
I know their past, so I'm generally very sceptical.
The staff is polite. My sales lady was awesome. -

(July 13, 2020, 1:37 am)I didnt buy my used VW here, but I used the service department a few times. Everything was taken care of quickly and was fixed correctly the first time. Painless.

(May 25, 2020, 9:50 pm)Got my tires (Continental - which is a German company) done there in Dec 2018. Still have them. With the exchange rate it is cheaper than doing in the US. Friendly staff too (Ian Deck was my service write up guy). Plenty of places within walking distance to check out while you wait

A trustworthy sales staff and top notch service.
This dealer and their staff are the only people that have ever serviced my vehicles since the date of purchase. I have been with them for 12 years and will continue as long as they are around.
