Thank GOODNESS for Brooke at BuyBuy baby! She helped us walk through the entire store and listened to what we needed without the pressures of purchasing/registering everything. She even helped us find a stroller that's less in price but equal specs to the original we were looking at.
We left this place really happy and stress-free. Cant thank Brooke enough for all her help!! Go to her if you need a registry done! -

The store is clean and organized, and they have a big selection of products that you can't always find elsewhere, including a lot of natural and organic brands, and a small maternity clothing section. They have a cozy and clean nursing room for Mama and baby.
If you sign up for Email exclusives, and you get a coupon shortly after purchasing from them, you can take you receipt in for a price adjustment. It's better than Babies R Us. -

(November 30, 2018, 2:42 pm)Love the amount of selection of items at this store. The customer service is great and a very reasonable return/exchange policy. The staff are knowledgeable and patient. Ultimately the only reason why we did not use the baby registry at buybuy baby is because there aren't as many locations as its' competitor. With friends and family predominantly in Toronto travelling out to the East end or to Vaughan was not practical for many.

- Great customer service. Staff are knowledgeable about their products.
- Staff members do call for backup if there is a line-up at cash which is helpful.
Price: $$-$$$
- Wide selection of baby and child products.
Overall experience:
- Very happy with my experience here. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because they did not have 2 of the items I wanted in stock at that location and I needed to order it online.
- Would recommend baby registry at this store because of the variety of stock selection, knowledgeable staff members and good quality customer service.
