  I have been in touch with Alex H at this firm. We are near completion of my new policy. As of writing, I can say, this guy is top shelf. Knows what he is doing, how to squeeze out the most amount of savings and customer service should be his middle name. I am very excited to finalize this deal with my new insurance broker.   Excellent service. I specifically worked with Chris. Very patient and understanding to my many questions. Knowledgeable and professional, making my various options and coverage inclusions clear. Promptly provided additional information when I requested. Assisted me in obtaining a policy from a reputable provider, significantly cheaper than I was able to obtain on my own.

  I highly recommend Jeff from Mitchell & Whale insurance brokers Ltd. I had problems with my other broker and then I got in touch with Jeff and he started helping me out that same day, he worked on getting me house insurance and car insurance for even cheaper than I already had. Within 24 hrs I was completely switched over and the price he got me was amazing.
  My husband and I were very impressed and we are very glad we have him as our broker now. We know we are in good hands.

  Car insurance is never fun, but honestly Mitchell & Whale is the closest you're going to get to a good time with car insurance! I can't stress just how easy the process was, after one short phone call, I was insured! I want to particularly thank my broker, Brad McAllister, who helped me through every option and every decision I had to make. I am absolutely certain he helped me get the best rate possible, and I know this because I checked with basically every company I could before making a choice! Brad was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond when it came to addressing my particular situation. Honestly, I am tremendously grateful that I called Mitchell & Whale before settling for some other company, because now I'm paying less for service better than I could imagine!

  After endless conversations with insurance companies/brokers, I got a recommendation to call Mitchell & whale insurance brokers. I spoke with Natasha and her customer service was 10/10. Nothing short of exceptional. She gave me information for my individual situation and was extremely helpful. She exceeded my expectations. It was really refreshing for someone to be as helpful as they possible can. I recommend this company for your insurance needs! They were the best quote I’ve received.
