(September 22, 2018, 8:42 pm)I came away from purchasing my new rug and couch today feeling that it was the easiest stress free experience I have ever had making a major purchase. Doreen was amazing. She gave us space to look around and yet was right there when we had a question. Didn’t feel any high pressure to buy. She was so helpful and up front with everything. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.
(August 19, 2018, 2:09 am)We had been into this store several times over the past year, and on this last trip we finally bought! Our salesperson, Joanne, was friendly, helpful, and let us take our time finding just the right chairs for us. She was open to our questions, helped us make some decisions, but did not rush us. I think we were in the store for almost 3 hours. I went back today to order throw pillows to match our chairs. Joanne was working again, and just added them to our order from the week before. She was outstanding! I can't wait for our chairs to arrive!
(August 11, 2018, 10:40 pm)Bought two gorgeous leather pieces (3 seat sofa and bench) with assistance from Doreen, who was very informative, honest, patient and a pleasure to chat with. Pricing was very reasonable and after a smooth delivery I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be back in the future when I get around to renovating other rooms in the house.
