  My family's favorite sushi spot in Durham.
  Service is friendly and the food is great. We've been here over a dozen times and it's always a hit.

  I really like Hinata and have probably been there 4-5 times now. Food is pretty good for an all you can eat. My biggest issue here is around service - not super friendly or helpful. The menu includes the usual phrase about asking your server if you have any food allergies - but on asking (wife is gluten free) the server really was no help at all. She pointed out several things that my wife couldn’t eat but wasn’t at all helpful about what she could! Also, they just bring all the food to the table whenever it’s ready without explaining what it is. I guess if you’re a seasoned pro then this is Ok... however, with a family, Hinata novices or anyone diet sensitive I would not recommend. Shame as it could be so much better with better service.

  Very very friendly staff which is super refreshing. Food is really quite good and exceeds expectations of an AYCE restaurant. Very simple decor... more focused on service and food. I’ll be back for sure.
