(May 13, 2019, 8:21 pm)First of all I wanna say the 3 stars is because of the receptionists, the doctors I would give a 5 stars all the way.
The receptions are incredibly rude and for no reason at all. I've gone in twice now when it was an hour before closure and empty, there was 2 receptionist there and neither looked up at me for about 3 minutes and than one looks up as if like "ugh go away" type look and says where done for today in a rude voice than looks back down.
2ndly I've needed paper work urgently sent to my doctor and I know that they have it as the specialists office told me it was received, but the receptionist at urgent care didn't wanna bother looking for it so she said it wasn't there. Finally after a week I went in and asked for it to be given to me so I could send it myself only to be told it's been there the entire time.
And one time the doctor came out to personally tell the receptionist to send the doctor my paper work as soon as they got it and than when the doctor left the reception looked up at me and says "is that all" and I say do you not need my doctor information?? Cause they didn't have it. Like come on, do better.
The doctors 5 stars all the way, most amazing caring doctor and nurse and good at what they do.
Get new receptionist.
