We have gone here for our last three ultrasounds with our second baby. I am really surprised by the negative comments about the technitions. We have had two different ones and everytime we have been very pleased. They have let my hubby and daughter come in at the end every time and have been very friendly and personable. We have really bad experiences with our first child when it came to going for ultrasounds in terms of the staff being rude and not answering questions or even trying to help us learn the gender of our baby. That has been quite the opposite going to the Orangeville Imagine Centre. Maybe the staff others were referring to are no longer there because we have had nothing but positive experiences. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I do agree the bathrooms could be slightly cleaner.

Punctual, front desk was friendly. Ultrasound tech on the other hand was quite short and snippy.

I have been going to this location for many years. The place is very clean, well laid out, the staff are always friendly, but most importantly, no matter when I go, I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for an x-ray. Considering they don't take appointments for x-ray's, you just walk in, hand them your doctors requisition, and OHIP card, they are much faster than going to the hospital to get one.

Came in for an X-ray, staff was very helpful and friendly. The specialist took their time to make sure everything was done properly which I appreciated very much. Overall very professional clinic.

Took my wife for a follow up who is pregnant. Ultrasound tech was awesome and she was so helpful and gentle. Booking the appointment was very quick to as we got it within a few days.
