First off the friendliness of staff is top notch... you feel welcome moment you walk through the door, not intimidated as in what its feels like at the big dealerships!!!
Then there's the attention to details...
over all I find then helpful, "NOT" pushy trying to sell you services you don't need, and finally the follow up they do after the service is exceptional, right to the point of their detailed service inspection of your car, including pictures of areas of concern - future maintenance needs to be addressed.
I rated them a 10 +, and they will be getting my service work in the future!!! -
