Elemental Restoration

Doing a Reno in my mothers basement and found black mold on one corner . Yikes I need a guy. This was Fri April 23/21. So googled mold removal and elemental restoration came up. Called the number and spoke to Neil. I was really nervous about it so he explained what should be done. But better yet he said would you like me to come and look at it. I was relieved and said YES! He came 30 min later. Showed him the mold but also said the tiles in the basement have asbestos in them. Whole new ball game here. He explained in detail what needed to be done and approximate cost. the best part was they could start Mon April 25 and should be 4 days of removal and cleaning. Each time they found more tiles they immediately called and asked the owner what to do and how much more it would cost. Long story short. His crew Rob and Amid were fantastic!!! Neil was honest and even gave us tips where to save money. Its wonderful to know that there are honest people who care about their customers these days. Mold and asbestos gone. I highly recommend this local company.I would use them again no hesitation.

Neal is great. We have used him on a couple occasions. He has amazing customer service and technical knowledge.

Had some suspected asbestos insulation removed from around air duct registers. Neil was awesome and explained everything in great detail. A few weeks later I called them back to remove some more that was missed in the basement free of charge. Would highly recommend !

I wish there was an option for 6 stars. Because Neil and his team go above and beyond for their customers. I can't say enough about good about my experience with this company, from start to finish they exceeded my expectations. Neil is the most genuine and caring contractor I've had the pleasure of doing business with.

Our family has severe allergies and chemical sensitivities so the products used for our clean up were a concern for us. Neil made sure all the products used were 100% natural and safe for our family. He even went as far to drop off a sample of the cleaner so we could test it out first. And emailed us the MDS sheets so we could check in with our specialist first.

Neil's team was kind, courteous and they did a spectacular job. The basement was so clean! After the work Neil even called to follow up to see how the job went and offered advise on refinishing the basement in an allergy safe way. I had the pleasure of dealing with Neal as we suspected mould in our walls. Neal was fantastic! Great customer service, personable and helpful. Neal helped us understand the process and getting this air clarity test done really gave my wife and I some peace of mind knowing that we are in fact breathing in quality air.
