Scott is, first: very knowledgable. I felt very confident following his suggestions, that were tailored to my personal needs and finances. Secondly, and equally important to me, is Scott's availability and time. Scott is very approachable, just a phone call or even Facebook message away. When you deal with Scott, you know he has your best interest's a heart. Scott's team is also amazing. Yvonne has a great memory, is very compassionate and is likely to recognize your voice when you call. Dealing with Kris reminds me of dealing with Scott. He will put you immediately at ease.
