Both took away the stress I felt in the past when I mortgaged previous homes through national banks. We were able to get our new home 2 years sooner than we could have through a national bank because I had recently started a self employed job. Chris guided me to a better offer on our home than I knew I could do. Chris's confidence and the assistance we received from Sonya gave us the opportunity to just eagerly await our closing date while everything was being taken care of for us.
