Richard is friendly, punctual and professional. He listed our home quickly and was able to help us navigate multiple competing offers on our home in a rapid and competitive market. Richard got us top dollar on the sale of our home, with our preferred conditions being met. He was also enjoyable to work with in the purchase of our new home. He got us into new listings quickly as they hit the market, and he provided his honest opinions, and answered all of our questions. Though we lost two homes, he advised us in writing strong offers and we were able to secure our ideal home and the entire transaction fell into place. An otherwise stressful situation in the Spring 2021 real estate market worked out well, because of his professionalism, steadiness and confidence.
