(September 5, 2021, 8:26 pm)I'd previously only heard things from friends about Jonny's Cookhouse, but today I got to confirm some of the stories. At least of their ice creams (but I'll be back for the burgers!).
We ordered a Banana Split with the works (pictured) and two Drumsticks (not pictured but they were a Peanut Butter one and a Regular). These things were bigger than my face! I loved the Banana Split and the others with me deeply enjoyed their Drumsticks.
If the burgers are even half as good as the Ice Cream was, then boy is my waistline in trouble!
Also, there's two lines! One's for the cookhouse/dining while the other is strictly for ice cream orders. Perfect if you want a treat without any fussing about with dinner first. 🍦🍨 -

(July 30, 2021, 6:09 pm)I absolutely loved the food here. I had the garlic burger and it was absolutely spectacular. I'd highly recommend it. My wife had a burger that had apple on it and it was great too! Fries were excellent as well. I will be returning.

(July 29, 2021, 6:05 pm)My best friend was visiting from Alberta and I planned on us spending the day in the Valley. This was suggested by a friend of mine and I googled to see the rating and everyone is raving about this place. I can tell you wholeheartedly this place did not disappoint. Even though it is currently outside dining only the food came out hot and fresh. Delicious burgers and ice creams. Everyone enjoyed their visit and we all left full and wanting more. The service was also excellent. Fast and friendly. We brought our furry friend as well and he even got himself a treat. If this place wasn't 1 hour 20 minute away from me I'd be here frequently. Thanks for the awesome experience! See you next time.

(April 5, 2021, 9:06 pm)If you go to their website, they claim: "VALLEY'S BEST BURGERS, POUTINES, FISH & ICE CREAM & HOMEMADE DESSERTS".
I've been here several times and I believe, they have one of the best burgers (I love their Original Burger) in Nova Scotia. If you go there, try their Ice-cream as well.
Staff are very friendly and fast. -
