(May 10, 2022, 12:47 pm)I have been seeing my GP for quite a while and sincerely appreciate all the work the front desk staff do to assist the patients. I had a difficult discussion with one of the receptionists this morning regarding a missed appointment, but the receptionist kindly called me back after the call ended to apologize and clarify the matter. The staff at this clinic are severely overworked and met with difficult patients daily, so this type of retroactive action was very appreciated.
