I feel like a lot of these reviews are not even for this clinic. Spryfield Family Medicine Clinic is behind the shoppers drug mart on Herring Cove Rd. They are not Nova's Medical, they are across the hall from them. They do not use the online booking system anymore as it was causing problems. There are only two family doctors at this clinic at the moment and they are not accepting new patients as they are completely full.
Some of the negative reviews below are misleading, possibly meant for somewhere else in the building. We are a family of four, and have never had a problem reaching the doctors office for our needs. The residents are professional and thorough. I truly get the sense that the staff care. After several years on a medication, they asked me to do bloodwork to make sure the medication wasn't harming my body, even though I had no side effects. It's those little thoughtful moments that make this clinic a winner. We have been so lucky to have Spryfield Family medicine as our physician team!
