  Mark taught me to kite in the space of a couple days in California and Maui... and now still 10 years later... some of my best moments are spent coasting across the water in different parts of the world. Highly recommend and hope to be out on the water again with this guy some time soon ; )

  Mark made learning kitesurfing easy! After a few lessons I was able to go on my own but when ever I needed help he was always eager to help and extremely responsive. You can't get into this sport without an instructor like Mark!

  Mark is an excellent instructor, and I really improved in one lesson with him. He uses two-way radio to coach while you are on the water. Very effective! Kudos for Halifax kitesurfing!

  Mark brings so much enthusiasm and experience to his lessons that you can't help but have fun learning this amazing sport. From the first safety briefing on the beach to water starts Mark breaks it all down for you so you get up and riding safely. After the lessons end and you are riding on your own Mark will take the time to help with breaking down new skills or finding new gear.

  I've spent many years surfing, but wanted to give Kite Surfing a try. I had some lessons with Mark at Halifax Kitesurfing and had an absolute blast. Mark really knows the ocean better than anyone I've ever met and was more than willing to pass on all his knowledge. So with the combination of right equipment, a great location and a fantastic instructor I was up and running in no time. Loved every moment!
