The owners are so friendly and answered every question I had over the phone! My friends and I went in 2 different cars to go camping. The owner remembered speaking to both of us and graciously allowed us to pay seperate but have everything delivered together to the campsite. Only 10 bucks extra to keep the kayak over night AND only 20 dollars to deliver to porters lake. 100% going back next year to rent. Simply great people interested in the sport and wanting people to enjoy themselves.

What an unbelievably friendly surf and rental shop. Loved the Martinique location, loved the Lawrence town location more. Keith really knows his technical stuff as well as all the great local spots. Karrie is an absolute sweet heart, very informed, and often fed us carrots or berries foraged from their garden. Even their dog butters is amazing. Wouldn’t go to any other surf rental spot.

Can't thank Happy Dudes enough for all the amazing surfing memories made over this last summer and fall! We rented out of the old Martinique location before it closed and then we started frequenting the Lawrencetown spot. They gave us direction as to where the waves were looking good each day, let us know what others were saying, and were always flexible with us- allowing a bit more time if we wanted to head out to Martinique, or on those days when 'one more wave' turns into many. The gear we rented was in great shape, and wetsuits were always appropriate for the season. Keith, Karrie and Butters (the golden retriever) always made us feel welcome with that East Coast feel. Thanks again guys!!
