I'm closer to the Main & Transit Williamsville location but still travel to the Broadway location because the customer service is that much better there. The employees work quickly, and even when there is a line, it goes fast. Back when ATMs began accepting check deposits, the teller walked me to the ATMs and gave me a lesson on the new systems which I thought was really nice.
