(October 26, 2018, 12:46 am)I deposited three cashiers checks from M&T Bank. I was told they would be posted to my account the following day with no problem. Unfortunately they were placed on a 5 day hold to make sure they weren't fraudulent. Seriously? I went in to close my account with them because of this. Colleen went over and above to straighten things out and make sure my account was credited. I am very thankful for what she did.
