During that time I have lost over 70 pounds and have improved my knowledge of nutrition considerably. This past year I attained a personal goal of entering my first Tough Mudder endurance competition. This never would have happened if it wasn’t for the expert guidance of the staff at Applied Fitness. Good people , excellent training. Don’t be fooled by the term “Boutique “ these guys will work you hard to success!
