(August 8, 2019, 2:37 pm)Giving 4 stars only because at one point we did feel the stereotypical sales "push", however overall it was a great experience. Andrew was easy to work with, even helping hold our baby when it was all getting a bit much for him. I feel like we got an amazing deal and we love our new Sonata Hybrid!

He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient while I took three test drives and took my time to decide what I wanted to do. I really appreciated his demeanor and approach since I too work in service/sales. It means a lot when you don’t feel like you’re being pressured into something or being talked down to. And in the end I left with a car I am happy with at a price I can afford.

Service department treats you well and is accommodating. Sales staff especially post sales can use some work - very pushy on getting you to buy extras. Just do your research and stand your ground and you'll be fine. -
