(August 3, 2019, 1:30 pm)We were driving Maine to Seattle with a stop at Niagara Falls when we heard a grinding sound in our car in Buffalo. It was 3pm on a Friday. North Town Honda was great start to finish. Car there at 4 and out by 6 with new rear brakes. Absolutely amazing! We can’t thank them enough for keeping us rolling!

The monthly payment beat other Honda dealers by far! I live in Rochester and without question will make the short drive to Northtown for many years to come.

He was very thorough in describing the features my Honda has and how to operate the tech included with the vehicle. Nick, who helped me with financing and warranty packages, also was great. They both knew I was working with a budget, since I'm getting married in October, and did everything they could to make sure I got the coverage I needed for my vehicle a monthly payment I could afford. I would definitely recommend Northtown to any of my friends or family!
