(July 28, 2019, 11:43 am)I have shopped at Kohls for as long as I can remember. It is a great department store and the prices (on sale items) are not bad. Sometimes you find a steal of a deal. My most recent trip was to return an online order. Customer service was fast and relatively helpful although the woman seemed miserable and lacked the personality that even a wet mop would have had. Surely Kohls could find better people to work the customer service desk.

(June 5, 2019, 6:37 pm)The ladies were amazing they were so sweet and they carried on a nice conversation with me about their clothes that they have at Kohl's! Also the store is very clean! And I see how hard the girls are working to try to keep the fitting rooms clean because people just leave it all over which is very rude and I worked retail years ago and I know and understand how hard those girls work!

(April 15, 2019, 12:14 am)Kohl's is great. We go in from time to time for their clearance deals on tee shirts and what not. The store is always clean, the staff is always nice, and there is always a huge selection on clearance. We wouldn't normally shop here if it weren't for the clearance deals, because their normal prices are quite high. Spent $90 on a pair of jeans, 2 pairs of workout pants, and a graphic tee shirt for the kid.
