(September 20, 2019, 7:52 pm)I Appreciate such great,fast service so after having bought a car here i continue to visit for free oil changes and service repairs.The service manager Ryan is super chill and helps in any way possible.The mechanic that worked on my car actually came out and explained to me what was done in detail.Nice place to buy a car from.

(June 27, 2019, 9:09 pm)Hands down the best service when purchasing a new used vehicle. They will definitely work with you within means and they are a friendly group of people. Regular vehicle servicing is great as well but keep in mind, some things might require you sitting there for hours waiting. That all depends though. Not a deal breaker for me. Would be nice if they get a shuttle program set up, but again, that's not that much of a big deal for me.

Just coming in the door I was impressed! I was greeted by everyone with kindness and most of all respect. The financial manager, Tom, worked diligently to get me into the vehicle I wanted. It is refreshing to realize that there is a business that truly helps their customers and provides customer service beyond expected. Thank you Tom and everyone at Basil Resale at Transit Road!!!
