Larwyn Custom Homes built our 3000 sq ft bungalow and we are very happy with the end result. From initial design, to finished lower level, Larry's experience, quality trades, and extensive list of contacts, enabled us to work through all challenges that were encountered, and got the job done. Even though Larry allowed us to be very involved through the entire build process - we were only 13 months from first concrete pour, to move-in - an acceptable timeframe for a custom build with both levels finished.
