(March 3, 2022, 6:48 pm)This is the second time we've had Fern's out to help us with furnace issues. The first time was four years ago when the blower motor died. It was replaced and we appreciated the great and timely service and fair prices. This week we noticed a condensation leak coming from the furnace and contacted Fern's. We set up a service call and they came out and quickly repaired the issue. The employee remembered being at our house four years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family. They are honest, respectful and committed to their customers. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Fern asked some basic questions and walked me through a few easy steps to correct the problem myself - no charge! He could have easily come out and charged me for a service call. What an honest and ethical business owner. I truly appreciate the cost savings and will definitely call Fern when I require another repair or furnace. Thanks a lot. -

(December 28, 2021, 2:33 am)What a good feeling to know that there is a service company that cares for their customers and that answers calls promptly & Professionally! On boxing day my furnace was acting up and I was smelling smoke… I made a call and Fern advised me to turn off my breaker & assured he would be here within 40 min.
Turns out my motor had died he replaced it within 30 min . On holidays hours and with a smile. Top notch service. Thank you ! -

When it became clear it would need to be replaced, they made arrangements quickly to come out first thing the next day. I have a unique furnace placement and configuration and they were able to accommodate it without issue or complaint. In fact - their install was much cleaner than what was there before. The crew was friendly and tidy and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
