Very good experience - purchased an injectable medication that needed to remain cold, so I was nervous about the mailing - but it came to me in Styrofoam packaging with icepacks that were still partially frozen - the medication was definitely still properly cooled. Intact packaging, good expiration date (over 2 years out), exact same branded medication my insurance would not cover, but 3 pens for the price of 1 pen here in Florida. Very grateful.
I had an issue with shipping that was no fault of Pharmaserve. I lost my cool. I yelled and was being disrespectful to the associates that were only trying to help. All the while, they stayed focused on resolving the issue. Their professionalism has gained a long time customer.
I was nervous about ordering. I was concerned if the insulin would remain cold till it arrived. It came packed with cold packs in a small Styrofoam cooler and was still chilled even though it was coming to the Southwest while it was still about 100 out. I would definitely recommend the service.
