    On a Saturday, My furnace broke. I called Noris Heating and they had the part. I could not find it anywhere else in the city. Despite they were closing at 3 PM the lady kindly stayed until 3:30 to allow me to rach there and get the part. It saved my day. Thanks for being such a help.

    I had another company come to check my furnace when it wouldn't light. While they diagnosed the problem correctly, they really pushed replacing my 2008 furnace and said that they couldn't repair the furnace at that time. I called Noris and they had the part (gas valve) and were earlier than expected that day to install. Zach was quick and professional. While the part wasn't cheap, Noris was cheaper than or on par with the other quotes I got. Nice to have a business focus on repairing rather than replacing. Will call Noris first next time.
