(March 16, 2022, 4:08 pm)I have nothing but good things to say about Oswald Construction! I have now used them 3 times to make updates in my homes or do complete remodels. They are prompt, extremely professional, and great to deal with. I love that they give you an itemized, detailed quote and they stick to it. If changes are made mid-project, that comes with a change order and a revision to the pricing, with it all being agreed to before the change proceeds. This goes a long way to minimizing surprises and allowing the homeowner control of their project. If you're on the fence about whether to hire them ... Go for it! You won't be disappointed!

(January 18, 2022, 2:44 am)We hired Oswald Construction to do a full renovation to our 1900 sq ft Tuxedo bungalow immediately after we purchased it. They did the basement as well, and it was completed in a very timely manner, considering how much work there was. They took out walls and put some large beams, changed all of the windows and doors, did some exterior work and even built an outdoor bathroom/change room for the pool. All of their own crew members, and their sub-trades were extremely polite and professional. We are thrilled with our space and would absolutely recommend Oswald Construction!

I have had renovations, repairs and new structures over the past 5 years and am totally delighted with the end products. The integrity of all the people, and their willingness to listen to me makes the whole experience great. Highly recommend .

From the beginning, Graeme and his team showed their professionalism and patience as they educated us about the entire renovation experience. Master workmanship is what they pride themselves on and they certainly delivered, all in a timely manner.
Their attention to detail, strong communication skills and just being great guys made the whole journey run smoothly. Oswald helped create our dream home and we are so grateful. -

(January 2, 2022, 4:38 pm)We have hired Oswald Construction for many projects. Additions, siding installation, screened in gazebos just to make a few. Always excellent work. Great communicators and very timely. There carpenters etc are always a pleasure to have on site. Very respectful and great clean up.
