The instructors are excellent in teaching valuable techniques for optimum results.
They emphasize that the pose itself is not the most important factor. The process of getting to or close to the pose with the best of your ability is what counts.
I appreciate the meditative and friendly atmosphere at the Yoga Centre. When I leave the yoga class I feel a sense of well being.

I started attending workshops here in 2000 and went on to compete my yoga teacher training with Yoga Centre Winnipeg. The insightful instructors guided my awareness of so much in life. As always though the learning never ends.
